Situated on the ground floor of a charming country house, this exclusive holiday apartment is the only one we offer, ensuring you a serene, private experience. We've chosen to focus on high quality in every detail, so you can relax without compromise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances — stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a fully automatic coffee machine that caters to both beans and ground coffee. A wine refrigerator is also at your disposal.

Temperature control is effortless. In winter, the sophisticated underfloor heating system envelops you in warmth, while in summer, the apartment remains refreshingly cooled, offering perfect comfort year-round.

• The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people – with a comfortable continental double bed (which can be set up as two 80x200 single beds) and a large sofa bed for 2 people (all including bedding).
• The bedroom is equipped with an HDMI television (Astra satellite channels, Netflix, TVP VOD).
• The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine for ground coffee and coffee beans, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, wine refrigerator for storing wine at the perfect temperature, and a large dining table leaves nothing to be desired.
• The modern bathroom has a spacious shower and a hairdryer (including fresh towels).
• You can park your car free of charge right next to the house.
• The parking zone is monitored by cameras.
• You have free WiFi access in the holiday apartment.

Set on a tranquil half-hectare estate, the grounds feature a serene pond, a picturesque stone ruin beside a gentle stream, and a 2.5-hectare enclosed meadow where two horses graze — an idyllic setting of rare charm and tranquility.

Here, time slows down. Whether you’re savoring the refined comfort of the interior or immersing yourself in the peaceful outdoors, every moment feels timeless and extraordinary.

For those who enjoy active leisure, a public basketball court and a children's playground are just a short stroll away.

Nature lovers will be delighted to know that scenic hiking and cycling trails begin right at your doorstep.

As night falls, the sky transforms into a celestial masterpiece — an awe-inspiring display of stars and the Milky Way, free from city lights, inviting quiet wonder and reflection.

Information for your arrival and stay

• Check-in 3.00 – 9.00 p.m., Check-out until 11 a.m.
• If you are arriving by train, we can pick you up from the station in Stara Kamienica, Piechowice or Jelenia Góra by prior arrangement.
• Out of consideration for our own pets, we do not accept guests with pets. However, you are welcome to come with your own horse. Your horse can be kept on a pasture without shelter near the house. A riding ground and a Round-Pen are available.
• Parties, stag/hen parties, etc. are not permitted. Social afternoons and evenings around the campfire are no problem.
• No rentals to unaccompanied minors.
• Smoking is not permitted in the building.
• Fireworks are not permitted on the property throughout the year.

We are a German-Polish couple who share a love for country living. With lots of heart and care, we’ve created a little oasis of peace and relaxation in this beautiful setting.

In Kopaniec, drive uphill for approx. 200 m at the small roundabout in the centre of the village. At the end of a slight right-hand bend with a green and yellow metal fence along the left-hand side of the road, turn left into the driveway, cross the small bridge and immediately turn right up the driveway (follow the sign with our house number 96).
