Holiday flat to enjoy

We wanted to create a place where you can truly relax – close to nature, but without sacrificing comfort. Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is the only one we offer, so you are guaranteed privacy and peace. We focused on quality, without any compromises.

You sleep like in the best hotel - two comfortable continental double beds and high-class mattresses will take care of your sleeping comfort.

There are two bathrooms attached to the bedrooms.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to enjoy good food - from an oven and dishwasher to a wine cooler. And when it comes to temperature, you don't have to worry - in winter, underfloor heating will provide pleasant warmth, and in summer it will gently cool the interior.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Surroundings

Our apartment is located in a picturesque village, from where there is a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and the majestic Mist Mountain. The vast, half-hectare property delights with a peaceful pond, charming stone ruins by a babbling stream and a fenced meadow with an area of 2.5 hectares, where two horses graze.

This is a place where time slows down and every moment becomes unique – both in a cozy interior and outdoors, surrounded by nature.

For lovers of active recreation, there is a public basketball court and a playground nearby.

On cloudless evenings, a spectacular sky stretches over this magical corner, illuminated by countless stars and the Milky Way. Hiking and cycling trails start at the house.

• Check-in: 15:00 – 00:00, check-out before 11:00.
• You will receive a door code by email before your arrival.
• If you are arriving by train, we can pick you up from the train station in Stara Kamienica, Piechowice or Jelenia Góra.
• Due to our animals, we do not accept guests with dogs or cats. You can come to us with your own horse (we offer a separate paddock without stalls).
• We do not allow parties, stag parties, etc.
• We do not rent to minors without a guardian.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building. There are ashtrays outside.
• We do not use fireworks, including on New Year's Eve.

We are a Polish-German couple and we love life in the countryside. With great commitment and heart we have created a true oasis of peace in picturesque surroundings.

Directions: In Kopaniec ("Seifershau" in German), at the small roundabout in the middle of the village, go up about 200 m, and at the end of a gentle bend to the right, at the end of the green-yellow barriers, turn left over the bridge and immediately right (a sign with house number 96).

What our guests say

The apartment is new, very stylishly furnished and located a bit away from the crowds of tourists, which we liked very much. Especially the two horses and the silence were very much to our liking and our children. By car we quickly reached the mountains to go sledding and hiking. Thank you for the nice tips and the smooth communication.

Amazing place. We felt with our family like in our own home in the mountains. The equipment was excellent, we lacked nothing, and there was even much more than we expected. The hosts were wonderful! Conversation, recommendations, approach to us as guests and our child, simply Wow! We will definitely come back many times ;)

Magical location and place - close to everything, yet in a quiet area. The area encourages walks, beautiful views, the house is located away from neighbors, on a large plot, a view of the horses.

The apartment itself is a real gem! Spacious (the photos don't do it justice), modern and incredibly clean.
